B.A. in History and Psychology (2024)

Wilson is a second-year graduate student in the European Studies program. He also completed his undergraduate studies at UVA, where he graduated in 2024 with his B.A. in History and Psychology. Wilson is primarily interested in the cultural, political, and religious history of Central and Eastern Europe throughout the modern era (a broad span of time beginning with the Renaissance and extending to the present day). His M.A. thesis focuses on the historical Makhnovshchina movement and its interactions with other contemporary factions and ideologies operating within Ukraine in order to explore the viability of anarchism as an alternative revolutionary path in interwar Europe. Wilson has served as the Cultural Chair of the Polish Student Association at UVA for multiple years, a role that has granted him the opportunity to meet with a number of extraordinary individuals such as Piotr Wilczek and John Lenczowski.
